Common questions

Can I play without ads?

Yes. Ads are optional. The core game and basic rewards work without them. You can turn ads off in Settings → Ad privacy settings.

Why won't the leaderboard load?

Check your internet connection and try again shortly. The core game and local saves work offline. Leaderboards, ads and notifications need an internet connection.

How do I turn off rank notifications?

Use the game's rank notification setting or your device's notification settings. Turning notifications off only in device settings does not change your server preference.

Does uninstalling delete my leaderboard data?

No. Local progress and server records are separate. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of your server records. We will ask for the minimum information needed to identify your records, such as your nickname and score. Parents and guardians can also contact us about a child's data.

An ad did not give me a reward.

Send your app version and the time of the ad, along with what you saw.
