Turkish Ice Cream is operated by JONGHO HAN. We process information to provide the game and leaderboards, deliver optional ads and notifications, protect the service, and respond to support requests. Contact our privacy representative, JONGHO HAN, at tkrdmsdl@gmail.com.
1. Information we process
- Local game data: Progress, settings, reward state and pending score submissions are stored on your device so you can continue playing.
- Online leaderboards: We process a Firebase anonymous authentication ID, a generated player ID, nickname, scores, run validation information, activity and submission times, language and time zone. We use this information to save scores, provide weekly and all-time rankings and prevent invalid submissions. The game does not require email registration.
- Public leaderboard records: Other players can see leaderboard nicknames, player IDs, scores and ranks. Nicknames are generated automatically and cannot be edited.
- Optional notifications: If you enable rank-drop notifications, we process a push token, notification preferences, previous rankings and notification times. Turning them off in the game clears the push token stored in your leaderboard profile.
- Optional advertising: If you allow ads, Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads / ironSource Ads may process device and app information, IP addresses, approximate country-level location, device identifiers, ad interactions, purchase-related advertising events, usage and diagnostics for ad delivery, reward confirmation, measurement and fraud prevention. The app applies child-protection and device ID opt-out settings and does not enable personalized advertising consent.
- Access and security: Hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, request information and app or device integrity information. Our API error logs do not include user tokens or request bodies.
- Support: We use your email address, message and any attachments you provide to answer your request and resolve issues.
2. Providers and international processing
Google Firebase provides anonymous authentication, database storage, app integrity checks and push messaging. Cloudflare provides the leaderboard API and infrastructure security. Apple provides iOS app integrity checks and push delivery. Unity provides optional advertising services. Google Gmail processes support emails, and Firebase Hosting serves this website.
The leaderboard database is located in the United States. Information is transmitted over the internet when you use these services. Providers may process it in the United States and other countries using their global infrastructure. You may stop using online features, ads or notifications, or contact us about their processing. Stopping processing required by a feature may prevent that feature from working.

3. Retention and deletion
We keep leaderboard profiles and scores to provide rankings until a deletion request is processed or the service ends. A weekly reset does not immediately delete historical records. Run submission tickets expire after 15 minutes and are deleted in batches by maintenance jobs. We retain support information while needed to resolve your request; you may contact us to request deletion afterward. If retention is required by law, we keep only the information needed for that purpose. Providers apply their own retention policies to information they process independently, including advertising and infrastructure logs.
Uninstalling the app does not delete server records. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. We will ask for the minimum information needed to identify your records before acting. Parents and guardians can make requests about a child's data. Local records can be removed by deleting the app or its data; device backups are governed by your device provider's settings.
4. Your choices and safeguards
On iOS and iPadOS, when you enable ads, we resolve Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission before initializing advertising. If permission has not been decided, the system asks for your choice. Declining or being restricted does not prevent gameplay or change reward rules: advertising uses non-personalized consent and sale/sharing opt-out settings. Apple may suppress the prompt based on device settings or account restrictions. You can change the system permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The in-game ad choice does not override your Apple tracking permission. Child-protection settings remain enabled regardless of this choice.
You can decline ads or disable them in Settings → Ad privacy settings while continuing to use the core game and basic rewards. You can disable notifications in the game or in device settings. Core gameplay is available offline. The game does not request sensitive personal information, contacts, photos or precise location for its gameplay features.
We use HTTPS, block direct client access to the leaderboard database, and apply authentication and app integrity checks. This website has no added analytics tools or advertising cookies.
5. Changes and contact
We update this page and its effective date when our practices change. We will also provide notice in the app for significant changes when needed.
